This is how we roll.

As I continue to build the business, we'll be looking at adding additional service days as warranted. Currently, our top priority is securing a store-front space with enough surrounding property to house my grill(s) and successfully run a pick-up counter service business.

Smoking meat is an art form. Patience, grasshopper! Please allow an approximate 30-min window buffer around peak delivery times. I'm trying not to piss off my delivery driver (wife :-)) 

Is Your Menu Keto-friendly?

Yes! Just stick to the beef products and gently eliminate all sides, desserts, bread, and fun. 

Short answer: quite a bit.
